    Good morning, everyone.

Mid 60's for both temps and dewpoint. Stacked firewood isn't losing much moisture today. Rained overnight. Monthly rain total just under 8 inches. Other areas closer to 10.

I'm hoping for a break in the rain clouds to go help a buddy rebuilding his small, campfire pit woodshed. He's managed to scrounge enough pallets to get it done. Possibly, in a few hours.

    Stay healthy
    Stay safe

56 this morning but dewpoint is 55 so a bit of fog. Supposed to get back into the 80's today.

Good morning everyone! Pouring outside. We get a bit of a break midmorning, then a wet afternoon.
I have to keep my grandson busy today. We'll sneak outside in raincoats to pick tomatoes ( I've been saving them for him), and maybe split some wood in the garage. Other than that, watch kid movies, read books, and throw stuff around.
    Some interesting plants... IMG_20210718_45463.jpg IMG_20210718_31454.jpg
    Have a great Sunday!

I hope there aren't too many cherry tomatoes that are split from the rains. That's happening around here.

I haven't noticed any splitting. I haven't had to water them for weeks.

Hey, my friends. I'm sorry I let busy get in the way before I could check on my friends since Thursday...:(...Been on nite shift since Tuesday, coming home, eating breakfast and start cutting wood. We got the 2 pickup loads on the trailer and delivered yesterday. Still no excuse for not checking in.
Hope y'all have a SPLENDID SUNDAY.
I'm off today/tonight, so we will be attending church this morning, get a nap this afternoon. Having movie night tonight back at church @ 6PM.
    Be encouraging, share a smile.
    GOD LOVES YOU AND ME

It rained like crazy here! Am having a gathering to split wood tomorrow, everything is wet and slippery. Yech.
Mowing the lawn today will be interesting. Fixed the mower yesterday (blades, oil filter, seat adjust, air cleaner). Machine was down for about a week and a half....there are elephants hiding in my lawn.

Church flavored stuff, then a tree job at a friend's place. No money trading hands, but exchanging an hour for hour labor. He'll help me split or stack....

If today is your sabbath, be richly blessed in it!

Morning All. Mixed bag of sun and cloud today. Headed out to get another load of firewood. We have our daughter's dog with us as they have gone kayaking on the west coast for a week.

    Everyone have a great day.

Good afternoon all. Overcast today and 68*. Really this is July. When we for breakfast yesterday it sounded like we were walking on sponges. It rained all day.
Sounds like you will be staying busy today Molly.
    Jeff, you're always busy.
    Brandon, your always playing. Lol.
    Have a great day all.
    Stay safe and stay healthy.

Jeff, as the OP of this thread, you're excused! Your days are packed!
The rain held off nicely. I even had a dip after we finished splitting and stacking. IMG_20210718_6676.jpg IMG_20210718_2558.jpg

Thank the Lord for every cool day you have in August! I'll never forget that one summer we had to run the heater in the car several days in July several years back. I absolutely loved it! It is not so good for farming but more comfortable for genral living conditions. Also not good for tourists.
