    You are getting what we had. Sadly, we did not have much of a break from the rain. However, we're not supposed to get more until Sunday...and then rain every day for a while again; they say 2 weeks of it.

    Not much wind though.
    We got outside yesterday, and split some locust on my splitter from M2theB. IMG_20210708_46546.jpg IMG_20210708_59138.jpg
    Yes, I debark the locust. Comes off pretty easily when it's fresh cut. We make a pretty good team splitting, I load the wood on and he works the lever.
    Today, I don't know, stay inside and dry? Sound like a plan.

    Happy Friday! Cooler and less humid, supposedly with no rain. I'll mow the front yard after work. It is looking a bit jungle-esque now. Tomorrow is supposed to be nice as well so it will be a wood yard day.

    Good afternoon y'all. Hope y'all are having a FABULOUS FRIDAY. Humid with clouds building up, about 70% chance of rain later this evening. Enjoying the free A/C at work again today. Working my regular shift all weekend, 7AM-7PM. We looked a decent hickory tree score a few miles from home, big tree that broke off, looks like main trunk is hollow, it had started raining and some bushes around it, didn't get a good look at it. Got home after 9:00, worked on closet floor. Short night...lol...

    Rained everywhere I was late yesterday afternoon, EXCEPT at my house. Hardly had a trace there. Less a mile away had some heavy rain.
    Have another chance later today, but not holding my breath. This summer it seems storms go around our house.

    There was another storm cell that went over us overnight. We're up to 6in of rain in July.

    No damage here, fortunately. Lots of flooded basements in the region.

    I'm planning to move chunks of ash wood this morning. My friend with the pickup and I, finally have matching schedules.

    Good morning everyone! Sunny, in the 70's today. We got a huge amount of rain yesterday, I don't know how many inches, but it filled the pool up to the lip. IMG_20210710_14913.jpg
    Today I have to vacuum it... again...
    Tonight we're going to a hear some music in someone's yard. Should be pleasant.
    I hope to get some yardwork in, too.

    Good morning y'all. Hope y'all are having a SUPER SATURDAY. We have been having late afternoon showers past couple days, even into the night yesterday. Work today, then see what the weather is doing later, probably take down the closet shelf. Got it cleaned off last night. Found a few hidden gems up there.

    Morning All. Exciting day yesterday. Equipment damaged a power transmission line which brought the lines down and caused a fire. Fortunately the fire got put out with a lot of effort from firefighters. We had no power for 13 hours this time. Next week we have a scheduled power outage for 10 hrs on Thursday. Don't you just love generators?
