No we don't have AC but only 1 day without wind but the other days the west wind came up off the water and cooled things down to where it was very comfortable !

Up late and up early, but I got drain plumbing 95% done and toilet installed. Shower works and toilet flushes. Just need to finish the double sink drain, but I'm not sure where it needs to come through the floor just yet. It's a couple weeks until granite installs so it can wait.

Big party tomorrow night. Looking forward to having a night away from remodeling.

Birthday Greeting for your son. As for time moving, ever notice how when someone says next month, it is more what next week used to be. Hard to get anxious about time anymore.

No Doubt! The lot itself w/out home or garage but has utilities is a steal. FHC'ers should pool $$ to buy it and we can arrange vacations there!!

It would cost more to get there than to buy the place. Unless you fly to Newfoundland, it is a long ferry trip from mainland Canada.
