I find that going to a chiropractor is the only way to deal with sciatica problems. I assume he told you that you should go for a walk right after your treatment and not get directly into a vehicle. My chiropractor is 3 hours away so we try to plan a short walk after my treatments.

The wife wanted to go for a ride on part of our property so we did that and then I decided that I would do today what was planned for Friday, a bunch of flowers were watered at the cemetery in my old hometown.

Some insurance companies give you 10 visits per year. And, chiro's really aren't that expensive IMO. Some will give you discount for cash too (saves on their time with paperwork). I had one chiro that was cash/check only so he could keep his costs low. I would save the receipts and submit to insurance every quarter or so just to get the credits on the deductible. Then I would also submit them to my FHA to get the money back tax free.

Took Holly for a run. Followed a little trail through the trees and as we came out Holly jumped a small ground hog. It went about 5' in a tree. She had to do some jumping but she got it. Small one. Probably born this year.

Nice to see some of the tourist trade come back. Won't be really better until the border opens up and lets the Canadians back in. Some many of us are half Canadian, or of Canadian decent. Shame we can't cross over the border. It has been too long.

Send some of that over to us! We are in a drought. I don't like seeing the woods so dry. Only good thing is that the ticks are fewer in dry weather.

She averages about one a year. She will actually lie outside there entrance if one sets up house by the trailer or shed for hours.

Butchered printing this morning, dropped a new roll of tp (jumbo/megaroll type) and it took off the extension on my printers bypass feed = never ending "fix paper jam" error. Finally rigged it to get them printed through the drawer feed, WWW was bagging some chili for the freezer and spilled on them  . Hopefully I can get the extension back on, I LOVE this old giant laser printer!
