After I got home from work last night, it started raining some, so wood cutting plans got cancelled. I did have the lumber and sheetrock to build the short 2x4 wall next to the door. Got it framed up and bottom piece put on. Then made a ...I read my tape measure 1 " short on the width. Didn't have another piece to cut, so we came up with a fix......going to use a wide board over the crack with some coat hooks on it...... Also left a space for an access panel.
I will see if I can find the order sheet. The boxes got wet from rain on the way home. Miz Carol opened them and took the planks out as soon as she got home, I took the boxes off when I got home.
I wasn't too sure about the shower color and pattern (personal preference plus inability to visualize). But that tile is a nice compliment to it and helps everything come together
Glad it was just sheetrock. I have done the same thing when building furniture. Miscut a nice piece of cherry or walnut after everything is machined to the same size......
That looks a lot like our kitchen floor...it was from Lumber Liquidators though..."Oak barn plank" or some such name...it has held up VERY well since 2003...impressive since the kitchen is the main entrance we use.

That is a massive amount of remodel work and very nicely done I might add. Good on you guys for thinking ahead. Something the Wif and I have started to do also. I know it will pay you dividends in the future. Back to reading the rest of the thread. So far!
Wonderful end product there Jeff! It will serve you well. I have always been impressed with how you and your Hunny work together!
Thanks, brother. The tear out was pretty easy...the rebuild is taking a little time. At least I get to work mostly in the A/C...
