    So that's "the" cherry that everyone talks about. Was sitting at a graduation open house with a buddy that sells firewood on the side. He was telling me about a nice stash of easy cherry if I wanted to buzz it up to try some. I've been wandering around the woods since I was a kid and never actually knew what the heck it was. Every time someone mentioned cherry I thought of the trees in the orchards.

    I never noticed a lot of cherry when we lived near Gaylord but it still grows even further north and lots in the UP. I have a good amount on our property too.
