Started the fire tonight. Bark, scrap framing lumber, and nuggets. IMG_4985.JPG

Rain tonight, maybe tomorrow night we'll have a fire on the patio.

I've been trying to throw in a chunk of pine on every outdoor fire, because it smells great.

Had our pit going tonight. Used it to start the charcoal and kept it going. Nice and dry with no skeeters! IMG_5193.JPG

No wonder you have to hoard so much wood. Neighbor held a marshmallow out the window to toast it!
Wish i could have a fire like that here.

I was supposed to go to a party later today, but it got canceled. I was looking forward to sitting around a campfire. So.....

I setup my redneck firepit and I'm burning down a pile of designated lit wood. With my pre-noon beer. PHOTO_20210828_112428.jpg

Careful with those A&Ws... they can really creep up on you :) Is your redneck fire pit an old washing machine drum? Pretty ingenious
