I had them for early supper.. My wife goes to bed early so we eat around 3 or so.. By the time eve comes Im starving again.. LOL. I dont no what Im going to eat next.:) Tried some sweet babby ray BBQ crap on 2 of my chops just for the heck of it... I think it would have been better on chicken but it was ok. I oiled and spiced up the rest of the chops but I admit that real hot stuff isnt for me. I dont want my eyes to water,, my face to turn red and my mouth to burn along with some stinky farts..

Looks good minus the onion powder but moxie is downright gross.

Kinda like sucking on a dog turd and calling it a popsicle. Only thing that I can imagine it could possibly taste like to the unsuspecting person. My grandfather lived on that, usually mixed with whiskey instead of straight.

100 years ago they called it medicine. Guess it was the OxyContin of the day. The ones that got addicted overdosed and died. Sales have been slow for the last 90 years.

Funny how I didn't add anything called "moxie" but you seem to want to derail my posts

Spatchcocked chicken on the kettle last night. First time ever doing it this way, but I'm a fan.

Broke in the new 26" kettle at my family's cottage with some wings. When I hear people say they don't care for grilled wings, I insist they just don't know how to make them! Cook indirect for an hour or so and you can't go wrong. At the end of the cook throw them onto the hot side to sear/char a bit if needed.
