Been craving wings for the last couple days. Much better now :D. A little meat church voodoo and holy gospel for the win. Smoked at 250° to an IT of 165° then brushed with homemade peach whiskey glaze and back on the smoker at 350°.

Those look great. Can not find wings at the local market, I settled for thighs and drums.

Thanks they were really good! The mrs ate more than I expected she would so less for me lol :(.

I had these in the freezer but yes they're getting hard to find these days for a decent price around here. Over $5lb at the butcher!

Any favorite methods for cooking beef heart? I had kabobs one time that were great, but never tried to cook it myself.

Got butts? Two of these babies are going on tonight for pulled pork tomorrow and two going on tomorrow morning for country style ribs.

He's either 7' tall or 7' round or feeding the high school football team
I've been absent for a few weeks starting a building project. Lots of good food pictures.
Got 3 butts that I was going to cook today. 2 are for buddy's and 1 for us. I chickened out this morning. Very cold and raining. They don't have anything to do with memorial day so I'll see what tomorrow brings.
I'm a little concerned stuffing all 3 into the ceramic and would rather not have any weather conditions to deal with.
I've foil wrapped them this time and they're sitting salted, peppered and garlic in the fridge. They never will take much injection juice but I squirted in some Pepsi, that's all I had around.
