Its been a crazy week. Way too much going on during the work days, but I was able to get home a little early on Friday and dropped the boat in the water. We took a fantastic evening cruise on it, then I managed to throw my back out somehow putting the cover on it when I was done. Spent yesterday on the couch, and thankfully feeling much better today. Got some of yesterdays missed work done this morning, then down to the water for a little while before the weather came in.

Home Depot is running pallets of sod for todays Special Deal. Free shipping- on- a pallet of sod. Delivery from Home Depot to my house is $275 from the store, but they'll ship a pallet of sod for free? :loco:

Hey Hoarder’s. I’ve been off the board and dealing with the eye issues I’ve been having. Went to the ophthalmologist because I was getting severe eye pain. It was so bad I was vomiting from it. He sent me down to the ER where I spent 11 hours on Thursday and five more on Friday. Two MRIs and two C/T scans with and without contrast. Blood tests like I’ve never seen too. The upshot is that I had third cranial nerve palsy. Something cut off the blood supply to the nerve that controls my left eye movement. They were looking for stroke, tumor, aneurysm and anything else. They could not conclusively say what happened. I still had bad pain up until yesterday. Now, I just have double blindness that’s about the worst I’ve ever had. Even with one eye patched I’m having balance issues. I’ve been off the iPad because the screen is not comfortable to look at it for any length of time. I want to thank everyone for the kind words when this first started. I could be in for anywhere from 3-8 months of this. And that’s providing it does heal. I’ll jump on here as I feel up to it.

No doubt!! But I'm the only idiot out here that tries to have any landscaping (because water is hauled 400 gal at a time from the water plant, 40 minute trip). :loco:

Thanks...still runs great too...just has the 5.4 V8, but my buddy brought it back to me from his shop in Tennessee and he said it averaged ~10 MPG even with towing 6k (their wheels for the weekend and ride back home) up through the WV mountains...heck, it will only do 16-17 MPG highway when empty!

180k on the truck, roughly 80k on a Jasper reman engine...don't recall now for sure what the PO said happened to the original engine...seems to me it was something to do with an employee and fluid levels...:hair:

Seats huh? Gotta be due to the foam would be my guess. The Foam industry was hit hard the severe cold in Texas the other month.

Also if the seats are the hold up, they can swap a different seat on mine until they get the correct one.
