Im sorry for your loss. Some say time heals all wounds, but I personally think thats not true and there is no such thing as closure when it comes to losing a loved one. You just try and learn to live with the loss each day and continue on. That void is always there. Be it a human family member or a faithful friend.
Sorry for your loss. I’ve had quite a few dogs in my time. Loved every one of them. Even when they’re a PIA Beagle like I have now. Eventually, when you’re not looking, a new one will come along and fill the void.
That stinks. He had and gave good company for years. He served well. our Ebbie is 16 now, but each month we presume we will have to make the same hard, but appropriate choice.
So sorry to hear about Tito! Days like these are tough, but knowing you had so many years with a great pup makes it a bit easier.
Sorry for your loss Woodwhore I have been there and it hits hard. I went a year after the last one went home but I finally started a new love affair.
So sorry to hear about your loss. I feel for you and your family because I(and others) have been through this and know what a tough time you are going through.
I really appreciate all the kind words, we have so many great memories and when we get his ashes back he will go next to his brother by the waterfall where it was their favorite spot to play. Thank you!
So sorry for your loss of a family member. We've lost two dogs in the last six months due to old age. It's very tough.
Sorry for your loss, Woodwhore. I’ve shed far more tears for dogs than I have for humans. Ever seen the movie Radio Flyer? I named my son after the German Shepherd in that movie. I feel like the dog in that movie (Shane) embodies everything that a man should be. He’s strong, brave, loyal, smart and protective of his family. Hang in there, buddy.
