Thanks for the info. The rebate is submitted by the install company, they just need my name, and a recent bill from me.

I found a tick on my abdomen Sunday morning that had attached but hadn't started puffing up yet. Since I take a shower every morning it had been there less than 24 hours. I'm unsure where I got it from as I wasn't in any long grass or by any bushes. Additionally I wore long sleeves , boots, long socks and jeans. I didn't do any yard work so my best guess is that it was in one of the potted plants I got at the nursery, or was on the bags of potting soil I got at another garden center.

fishingpol what do you use in the jar? We always use dish soap but danged tics don't seem to die like other bugs. Fortunately we have very few here.

Are you wearing the high ankle work/hiking boots like Larry suggested?

Trim is done and heaters re-installed. Just need to hang closet doors and I'm 100% done with bedroom #4. Probably take a week off before tearing into bathroom #2.

Blondie has had one tick her entire life, it was from some plants I ordered from Spring Hill Nursery. They were light brown and flat as a pancake, I thought they were part of the soil that fell off the bare roots- until we found it in her arm pit a month later. I bet it did come from the potted plants.

Just deep woods off sprayed in the jar. The deer ticks outnumbered wood ticks. Warm weather brings out all the nasty bugs.

Thats great. Im sure the prices will keep going up with summer coming and all but not being able to get gas would more than stink.
