The country style ribs i did on Friday turned out amazing. Half were honey hog and half voodoo/gospel. Both were hits! The flavor in these rubs is spot on. Oh and the fajita is really good on popcorn too!

If I may ask, what brand is that carbon frying pan? BTW you really keep that stove looking nice.

They look like Chick Fil A fries. I would like to get a potato slicer that makes those.

When the mrs says she'd like raised beds and ribs for mothers day, she gets raised beds and ribs .

Cast iron is getting too heavy for my wife, and me too. I heard they cook just as good as cast iron and now I’m convinced this is the way to go. Seems like I’m seeing ads all the time now.

SKEETER McCLUSKEY, your balls look pretty red for not having rubbed them....

How was that rub on the waffle fries?

Ribs look delicious Smokinpiney! Did you prefer one rub over the other? The meat church rubs are on my list of "want to try".

    Looks good !

Interesting blocks you have on the raised beds , can't say I have seen those before.
I just put in a raised bed myself and wish I had known about those. Going to keep that in mind for the next one. Thanks for posting that.

I thought your balls turned blue if you rub them too much ?
Thats why you should never rub your balls.

A nice pork roast on the rotisserie. Hard to beat charcoal + rotisserie.
