My Grandma used to make a mean rhubarb pie. Sure miss them.

 

My dad makes an awesome one. It's been a while since I've had one. Maybe it's time for a request. He used to grow his own rhubarb but hasn't had a garden in a while.

 

Put in a once a fortnight order at florist!!

Raspberries with rhubarb is great as well. I almost prefer it over using strawberries.

I picked my hunny some wild flowers from the woodyard this morning...

 

I wouldn't doubt that that rhubarb plant is still doing just fine, producing leaves... Take a look, I bet it's growing despite not having the rest of the garden.


I have to run into town and buy either some cut flowers, or a nice hanging basket, or both for my wife today for mother's day. And mow the lawn, and move the wood stack from the patio to the shed....
