My tree guy had reached out to the local utility to trim back my oaks that were hanging over the power lines then he would come back and take the remaining trees/trunks down.
The Utility cut more than I expected and it saved my a good bit of money as well
Tree guys finished today with the 3 black oaks and a couple of small tress that were pushing down my fence.
They also left me about a 10’ section and I will try to slab it for some future table/shelf tops.
They will return on Monday to grind the stumps.
I’m glad these are down as I was worried they would come down on my house and/power lines.
Don’t have to deal with these the actors and leaves any more.
There’s. Ton of wood, a lot of splitting/stacking in my future.

I was on a side job when the guys were cutting them down, I’m sure they hit some.

I’m thinking close to 3 cord including the branches that were trimmed from my white/black oaks in my front yard.
