Used the 038 magnum. And yes I agree. Specially cut wood that wasn’t too big so I could use that saw. Will give it another go tomorrow

You’re just changing your perspective for now. You used to be the hare and now your adjusting to being the tortoise. Either way, I’m sure you’ll end up finishing the job:yes:

How was your Saturday? Easing back into the woodpile? Walking a mile or so before I hit the firewood helps me when I aggravated my back. Probably should do it every day not just when my back is sore. Hopefully your back is getting a little better every day.:)

I picked up an inversion table and really like it. I have had it about a week so far. It is a little strange as it is stretching muscles that I am normally not able to really stretch. Regardless, it makes my back feel better and that is something I have been working on for a long time.
...i am upside down as I type this..

We'll see if i can finish the prednisone course....when I've had them before they've made me so jittery and I couldn't sleep, so I dont know that I've ever finished. Back is much better, still catches some on step or some off steps and getting up and down. But much better than yesterday.....

Don’t laugh, but one time I hurt my back so bad I was going to use my hanging thing you lift your deer off the ground with. Figured I could tie my ankles to it and lift myself into a hanging upside down position. :hair:That’s how bad my back hurt

I got an inversion table from my nephew who quit using it because he found some plastic hump thing he lays on and he likes that better. I use it every once in a while usually at the beginning of mowing season from bouncing around on the tractors for 4 hours a week or more. I try to stretch every morning and concentrate on range of motion for back, shoulders and knees, all of which are due for overhauls. Back / neck issues are NO fun for sure. Between the stretching and inversion table, I do fairly well but I do notice a difference if I forget to do my morning exercises for more than a couple days... again, lazy human nature sneaks in sometimes...

:tractor: :quad::axe: :tree: all stuff that has to get done, but the body can get beat up doing it.

Wow, I've taken Prednisone a lot of times...almost always for poison ivy and never had any issues thankfully.
