Incredible fishery, extremely well managed. Unlimited food source. I’d say the birds and gators eat more fish than people do. Zero fishing pressure 2/3 of the year, once the snowbirds go home.

 

season with jerk and then batter for frying. Yum! If I get perch, walleye or smallmouth, that's the only way I cook em

 

These have fried eggs on them plus lettuce tomato carmelized onions mushrooms cheese and peppers and bacon.

 

Oh and ketchup and mayo
