    Looks like the pin oak I got from the golf course two months ago. Does it have a manure like smell. If so maybe Pin Oak.

    Ailanthus AKA tree of Heaven. That said without looking at other replies. Invasive tree, fast growing weed. Very heavy when green and dries to feather light. Can almost split it with a hatchet.

    Looks like tree of heaven. Thanks guys. Its heavy now but its wet to the touch. Huge growth rings.

    Yep TOH. Burnt some fresh cut in the pit today. If I had my phone with me I would have taken a video. Never seen so much water pour out of a piece of wood.
