    One and done yesterday. Took 25 minutes from the time I turned off the main road into the Speedway traffic route to when I turned back onto the main road. That includes the 15 minute observation period. Very well done, great weather and the people there were great.

    So far no side effects besides a slightly stiff neck on one side, which could be from sleeping wrong.

    Spent a couple hours stacking by hand about 140 bags of the Wood & Sons after they were delivered yesterday. Didn't drop dead, must be in better shape than I thought. Hands are actually the worst, the fingers with the worst arthritis are very stiff, swollen & sore. Rest of the body just has that "good" soreness you'd get after a good workout. Will put a bit more CBD in the coffee this morning, maybe a little Bailey's too:coffee:

    I got the shot(epidural) in my neck(cervix) today. So far so good. First time in years I've had zero pain in my neck and shoulder!! They used a different steriod that what was used in the lumbar. The doc doing the shot said it supposed to have better results. He recommends I get the same steriod in the lumber.

    I go back to the doc on the 26th for a review with the spine doc.

    Nerve blocks don't last longer than 5 month on average for spinal stenosis. Foraminal stenosis may last longer? Or I may get years of relief? A good old unknown!

    They aren't recommending surgery in the neck. The pain level is too low, But the lumbar is high enough and effecting my day to day life.
