Had my Buddy and his wife over for a bonfire... Did Fillet Minions.. with Onion thingy that was posted on here a few weeks ago... and asparagus....
Tried that lastnight... It was pretty good... I ran 250 at 2hours like they said. I was suprised it was as crunchy as it was, I figured it would have softened up more. I didn't have the wine that they said, but pretty much else. I did subsitute PepperJack cheese for the other cheese too...
It’s cooking, been on since 6 and just wrapped in butcher paper. Pork loin went on at 11. Hopefully ready at @2.
i was gunna run all the paper plates thru a chipper so i could make fire starters but i got angry and kept them....
