We hauled wood this last week and now I have a yard full. At least 6 loads at 2+ cord per load. Oak, locust, elm, and hackberry, with a little maple. Some of it might make for some decent milling if there isn't metal in it.
12+ cord will take some time to process! You must have some more pictures. If you mill some, do you do the milling yourself?
I have a small mill, but I need to make it wider. I'm not really on a time crunch, just as long as it gets done before I bring more home or winter, whichever comes first. It won't take very long to process it. I'll spend a day or two cutting and then a day or two splitting. I have a 4 way on my splitter and can easily split 4 face cord an hour by myself. It goes faster with 2-3 people. That means 9 hours by myself or about 6 or 7 hours with help. If I fire up both splitters it will be a short day.
