Been fighting the old tarps for years. Friend of mine offered to build a woodshed for us. Will have a concrete floor, 8'x24' usable storage footprint, walls will be pallet construction, sloped metal roof with plenty of overhang for storing the uglies bins. I'll try and get pictures as it goes. If the rain ever stops we can get started.

Sounds big enough for the three year plan depending on how high you stack and how much you burn:yes:

Burn about six cord a year. It will be 8' high in front and 6' at the back wall. I hope to get a fair amount in it, will have to experiment once it's built.

    Sounds like a great plan.

Yes, put up pics as you go. If you have any questions, FHC is awesome for a sounding board. The crew here helped me with suggestions and advice when I built my wood shed this past Summer.

Sounds like a lot if building threads will be coming up. We are going to have the Amish do ours. Gonna have them come Up this week to give a final quote. We are in a drying period right now. About 5 days of clear blue , temps inside to high 50s, although right now it is 62. Very light wind today.
