So now I’ve gotta get a flat top, eh? I love Philly cheese steaks.

 

I bought a Blackstone griddle last year on a end of season sale , Price was right and I couldn't walk by it and not grab it.
Makes great steak sandwiches , burgers and can cook an entire pound of bacon in record time.

Was going to make seafood tonight but now it just might be steak sandwiches. This thread gets me every time.

Wife turns 50 Friday. Have a surprise party scheduled Saturday night. Got to make a pork butt and pig candy for his one. I don’t expect to get much sleep Friday night to make everything work out.

Due to time of year, cabelas masterbuilt electric. The recipe I was going with is the one I’ve had. It’s a Jeff Phillip one, bourbon pig candy.

 

i checked it out....seems like a solid plan....i would drink the bourbon....no need to add it to bacon.

 

Trust me when I say it’ll get drank by the crowd plus everything else in sight.
