I must be one of guys that buys them then. I've never bought a new saw. Every Stihl I own is used. Everything bigger than the Ms180 is over 20 years old. Nothing like buying saws in a parking lot.

Husqvarna sponsored guys from Arbormaster have them brand new in the box. I know where another one is locally, but he won’t sell.

    A local stihl shop
He took over from his dad.
A 075 came in recently that had only been started by his dad when he tuned
It for sale in the mid 70s
The guy that bought it never needed to use it apparently
And it sat in his garage.
Someone in the family sold it back
    To the shop
    It's virtually new
The nicest one I've ever seen.

My brother said that's what happened to his back
He was given one to fall with by the company he worked for
He quickly bought himself a 281xp lol

    Here's a 250 I won in a raffle a couple years ago
And gave it to my 90 year old neighbor.
I rebuilt it and opened up the ports. IMG_20210225_112832.jpg
He uses it every day on his 200 acre farm
    Clearing fence IMG_20210224_112545_1.jpg
Here's him running his old 290 on icestorm damage
    I rebuilt it year's ago.
He'd broke the oil cap on the 250
So I got him one and he had me bring him 2 gallons of mix gas and a gallon of
Bar oil he cuts a lot.
He brags on that 250 every time I see him.

If I’m still cutting at 90 I’ll consider my life a win.
After cutting all day Friday with my 084av my body reminded me why light saws with modern av are awesome.

It was the saw in the bunch I was drawn to.
    Piston looks mint.
It has its issues, missing top cover and has no spark. If I can get over those hurdles, I’m hoping it is a beast.
