Found this ad on craigslist. 7282258355.html I typically only burn Heartland pellets, but at 3.75 a bag, this isn't a bad deal. I could easily pick these up on my way home from work too. Anyone ever burned these? If so, are they worth my time or money? They have been and are currently stored in the person's garage. So, I assume they are dry. Thanks, friends!
I would give them a try, they are a softwood made by forest energy who also makes Blazers and Heatr's
For $3 a bag, I'd take just about any pellet (except ThermaGlo's). Course it depends on what your average prices are around there.
I guess I got spoiled, the last few years I have been getting Somerset's for 200/ton minus an 11% rebate card at Menard's. Did not buy any pellets this year.
More like spoiled rotten. There's nothing in the Northeast below 275 that comes close to Somerset quality that you get for 200.
