    I know we have all had a stack or 2 fall over...
    We had a doozy a few weeks ago. Big front came in, with really stong gusts. We have a customer that buys a full cord shed of wood and picks up a load when he comes down in iur area to hunt. He had gotten 2 loads so far, with the last row left. Then this happened... 0224210955.jpg 0224210955a.jpg 0224210955_HDR.jpg
    We were able to hook straps around the uprights and pull it back up with the tractor 0224211048_HDR.jpg
    I then drove a T-post down on each end and clamped it with the 2x6 across.
    I had some good supervision while I restacked the splits. The other 2 were around too, just not that brave...lol... 0224211126.jpg
    I did 3 short rows this time... 0224211154_HDR.jpg

    :rofl: :lol::rofl: :lol:

    Well, I guess it's been a few years since that has happened to me. And after posting those laughing smileys, I better head down to the cottage and check my stacks!

    At least you have no snow to contend with. :handshake:

    Wow Jeff, that's a pretty good wind! It seems really odd to see green in the pics. Glad there wasn't a lot of damage.

    Should have banded that and cut it on a woodmizer! Heck of a cutting board design!

    It sure fell over nice and neat! If you had a side under it, it might have stayed stacked when you pulled it back over.

    You could never make it land like that no matter how hard you tried.
