Interesting. I normally just stack my brush in pile and don't bother bucking it to even lengths.;)

I usually cut the small stuff to poles and then run it through the compound miter saw.. Seems easier to handle it that way.

That lil Echo works perfect for me ! Im just glad there are others who arent above cutting and burning the small stuff. I was taught to waste nothing... And i try my hardest. Plus i have 5 kids... They think its fun to "pick up sticks" !

Nice work. No shame there..I use my MS250 for the small stuff and I like to keep anything 2" and above. Shoot, I even collect all the shavings and chips coming off rounds during splitting, makes for nice kindling or BBQ wood chips. Nice to hear you get the kiddos involved as well. My 7 and 5 yr olds are my helpers.

I could heat my house for a winter on JUST splitter trash. I had a pile last year that was about 15ft tall and 25ftx25ft or so.

There might be a few in there I wouldn't cut but very few. It is still good firewood.

Your small wood is cute, it's ok to have small wood in your pictures. Just keep your face out of the shots :)
