Ordered food once and asked what was available. Had a few people over and wanted plenty. The girl on the line said they had pints of coleslaw for $3.99, and when I placed my order I said I wanted a quart of coleslaw. She said they don't have quarts, it took me twice to explain if you put 2 pints in my order that it makes a quart. She did it but I'm still not sure she understood.
