Where in Ontario? I worked part-time for two years in Thunder Bay, which was close to our home in the US just across the border.

Yup, I'm a Torontonian, the yard is in the southwest Scarborough area. Thanks for the subs everyone, its quite a journey and a task to climb the ranks of YouTube, dont know how I'm gonna manage everything when all my businesses start picking up in spring

I've received so much elm lately, half a dozen videos are my proof. I even delivered a face cord to Mark of Abrams towing and cast member of Heavy Rescue 401 and there was elm in that load placed to season 1.5 years ago. Doesnt matter the heavy tonnage on the machine. American elm is a waste of production time (business inefficiency)

 

A lot of members here swear by dead standing Elm as easier to split. When you do it for a living like you do, that’s often not an option though. I agree with you on the YouTube. It’s a lot of work for zero financial gain at least until you get monetized after 1000 subs. Definitely a slow going, long term endeavor unless you’re willing to pay to play, or use sex sells tactics like I see a lot of channels use. I refuse to do that. Hopefully my channel is good enough without that garbage to become successful. Time will tell. Good luck on yours brother!!!
