More fun w/the bandsaw

Getting new toys is fun. Making new toys is fun, too.
Latest bandsaw project is a blind dovetail jig. Not really that interested
in blind dovetails....don't make a lot of drawers. ....but, this little project
has lots of moving parts and the cams. Just really wanted to see how the cams
worked. They work great. Jig is way over built. Base is 4/4 bark pocket hickory
and purple heart. Pressure bars and cams are hickory. Pressure bars are spring
loaded. Makes them really easy to work with. Comb is 1/4" masonite.
It looks pretty cheezy....so I will be making a new one w/hickory to match the rest.
....and...BONUS...it works. Bandsaw is absolutely the most fun toy in the shop.

Thanks! Yes, eyebolts into threaded inserts.
My neighbor spot welded the eye to the shank so they will not open under pressure.
