Boy, you guys got it a lot worse than we did. We ended up with about 2-3 inches. Looks like a lot of fun!

It was fun but it was so wet and heavy it was work cleaning up. The kids had a blast so glad we got the snow!

Refilling the stacks by the boiler today.

A typical task every 2 weeks.

The little Kubota does her job well.
Before shuffling firewood I plowed the drive. Small 2" snowfall. Been a pretty lazy winter as far as snow is considered.

The tractor got to run down to the main road and pick up this 880 lb package from the delivery truck today. It will be a massive upgrade to the wood shop. More pictures it gets uncrated, cleaned and assembled.

20", straight blades, 5 hp TEFC motor. I still need to install the infeed and outfeed tables and get the electrician out here to wire a circuit and plug. It will be a nice step up from my 12" DeWalt lunch box planer with universal motor. I used that one for over 15 yrs and it still give excellent results for small projects. The new one will be nice addition for selling lumber/slabs if customers want planing.

That ought to work! Very nice! Any problems finding it available? I was looking at a new table saw and a lot of them including the one I would like are on back order. I’ve had the delta tabletop planet for years and like you said, they work well but definitely have their limitations. I see you have a central vac in your shop. You’ll be glad you do once you start running boards through that thing!

I ordered it online (good price) and they had it drop shipped directly from JWP. I was told ahead of time that they were "a couple weeks behind." It turned out about 5-6 weeks. I cut everyone a lot of slack these days. Supply chains are totally screwed up these days, especially for anything related to work at home, self-sufficiency, building supplies or appliances.

Not able to play yet, but we are finally upgrading the 'bota. Got a great deal on 48" grapple and 42" forks. MTL brand from West Ga Equipment, got both $200 cheaper than just the 50" EA grapple of the same style. Got the valve assembly from a friend at work that has same tractor/loader, he wasn't going to use it. Also got the weld on plate for the bucket, waiting on QA adapter to come from Kubota. 0205211719.jpg
