Not a full load but not bad for about 90 minutes in the snow. Mostly cherry with a little locust for good measure
Nice! I was tempted to go get my chain saw fix in the woods but 10" wet snow to trudge through changed my mind. How much do you have on the ground there LP?
Nice load ya got there. Cherry is one of my favorites. Coals well and has a pleasant smell processing and then burning it. I only had just under a face cord to burn this year and I’ve been going through it steadily. I’m hoping weather-permitting I can cut some more soon. Of course you can’t go wrong with Locust too. I’m burning a mix of both at the moment, along with some red oak. Altogether it makes a decent overnight mix.
Cherry and Black Locust are two of my favorites... Cutting and handling those rounds will keep you warm in this weather. Good day to have a fire today and watch a game!
