    I’ve posted this before. Here on Long Island it’s all over. It’s a nuisance weed down here basically growing fast along roads and abandoned lots etc. all you want down here

    very high BTUs. Many feel it gives off a bad smell when burning though so to each their own

    I talked with a customer today that i sold wood to last weekend. The load was all oak. The neighbor was a retired tree guy and had black locust. Gave him a few pieces to try in his fireplace. He said it stunk. barkless too.

    Black locust grows up north, have a locust hill
    Usually thinned as maples are prettier.

    Do you have a stove/insert or fireplace? He was burning an open fireplace. If you have some with loose bark, try burning the bark in your firepit for a test whiff.
    I did and it wasnt pleasant! PU

    Just a basic hand truck design but it is a monster
    Logrite makes some nice stuff , and right here in the wonderful state of Ct.
