Colder here. What's your temp? What ya burnin?

We had some light rain overnight. When we got to church this morning, the parking lot was coated with ice. Walked carefully and didn't fall. Warming up a bit this afternoon.

 

We had all snow yesterday and last night but snow globe type snow all night. It did coat the blacktop driveway, but that all melted as of noon or so today.

32° out now, going to 22° tonight.

We have 26.1 at the moment with more Cherry going in the Liberty tonight

 

some cooler temps on the way for the next few days.

May even see below zero.

 

22 and 70. Just reloaded from a noon yesterday load. Calm and bright outside with the snow cover. Looks like mild weather ahead with a possible dusting here or there.

 

At 25 the expected high of the day now before dawn; snowing and Thursday below 0 so winter.

 

15 here and Maple and Beech in the Wood Gun.

 

We're at 26° this morning, small oak rounds and kindling splits going now. 73° inside. Should warm up today.

Friday afternoon up at the cabin. Sugar maple and Ironwood to get up to temp. Takes 6 to 8 hours

 

We had a low of 17.6 this morning with another load of Cherry going in the Lopi.

 

in the next two days, we have a lot of rain coming.

 

Pushed around 1" of snow....off the deck, driveway and walkways. Nice stuff to move and still snowing lightly now with falling temps. If the clouds clear out, we'll be in the single digits if now below zero overnight.

 

We're suppose to hit single digits too, so it will be the pellet stove for the constant heat overnight.

 

12F here now. Just tossed in a load of mixed Hwood.

Real drought on snow here this year - way down. Daytime highs are hovering low to mid 30’s. Tonight I filled my inside stacks (1/2 face cord) from the outside shed - it was all silver maple - I must have got a mother load of Silver Maple 3 years ago.

 

Currently 9* no predicted temps above 20* for next 10 days so winter. Time to grab the good stuff!

We had 1.3 this morning with a load of Cherry and Yellow Birch going in the wood stove.
