New here and wanted to say hello. So much good info on the forum. I like to CSS so I figured why not start hoarding now that I have the room at my new house. Pretty sure my neighbors hate me but that’s ok I am having fun.

Welcome. Looks like you got some black locust there. Good use for a tennis court.

Welcome to FHC CJL! Yep- crap tons of great info here, laughs and great sharing as well.
I second Paul bunion ’s assessment of using that tennis court for hoarding- that will be fantastic so long as it doesn’t puddle rain water.
Do you have a stove or fireplace in the home or are you hoarding for fire pit usage? My coworker Scottish 80 burns Black Locust in his fire pit and knows that it crawls ALL OVER ME!!! LoL

BTW, when you upload pics, choose “insert every image as a... thumbnail” so they appear larger...

I just fixed your attached pics this way.

Edit: I see your wood is stacked on pallets.

I have a fire place and a fire pit but I’m hoping to set up a firewood stand and sell quality bundles for beach fires and the local fire pit burner.

Welcome aboard!! I find very few neighbors complain about firewooding. I think they realize that they could could get a lot worse type of neighborly activities.

    Welcome to FHC CJL !!:handshake:

You have a nice pile started!

Don't say the locust word too loud. Someone will "buzz" in.

    Lol

BTW, we love pictures around here, especially of wood, saws, trucks, dogs, and any equipment that's any way related to wood hoarding.

Welcome CJL , you’re gonna like it here, I guarantee it! We like pics, dogs and beer. We also like spending your money on accoutrements to aid in your hoarding, need something, just ask and we’ll give you the green light, its really that easy! Seriously, lots of great folks here willing to lend sage advice and a hand when possible.

    Nice to meet ya! :handshake:
