    My photo of me at the clinic was on the front page of our local paper this morning. None for me, but the worse among the employees has been soreness at the injection site on their arm.

    Seems like most public safety agencies around here are running around 50% of those who will get the injection. Since it is "emergency" level, it can't be mandatory. Not that I would advocate that.

    Medical professionals say the population of vaccinated persons needs to be 70 percent for it to have a positive affect.

    Most all of the ones here had the site hurt, said like a tetanus shot, a few others said worse than that. I'm thinking that may have to do with how the shot was administered (length of push) and also if they were tense any. The 2 guys I quoted had fever, aches etc and felt sick, like getting flu.

    We have been doing great over here. No new cases since Dec 17th. The county didn't tell us until yesterday, because they knew it would make people feel better. We even had a massive influx of west coasters, and still no jump. No masks either. Feels great to live not in fear. Hang in there folks. 2022 is just around the corner.

    Looks like AZ is #1, in the world! We only have about 7 million people here, most come and go with the seasons, this is peak season for us. Pima county is only about 1 million and we have surpassed 1K *new* cases a day for many weeks now and no end in sight currently.

    At this rate the minority is going to be the people who DON'T get it. The old people are just getting wiped off the face of the earth right now...
