Neighbor has the same 23 acre size lot as me and told me to cut any blowdowns I see and can get to easily. Saw two on my way back to the barn yesterday so back at it today. One still green the other dead .

Feels good to be able to finish off the stack I bet? There’s a lot of wood there and not much punk on them...

    Running out of room yet?

Now at five 20’x4’x4’ pallets as Forest Gump said when asked what are you going to do now:

I think I’ll go home now.

No snow up there? Looks like a good bit of wood.

A few days of no rain or snow is nice if you've got wet spots/lowlands , too.

Good neighbor. Nice firewood! Are there trails or do you have to hack your way in and out?

I have old logging roads I have opened up on our property that also connect to some on his. So not hard to get to all of ours and most of his.

As pretty as the snow is, it sure makes a little more work, even with the proper tools and equipment.

You can always get more work done when there's no snow.

With out the tractor / winch and trailer it would be but even 100’ off the trail it only take a few minutes to winch them out so it’s clear .
