I decided to pick up a splitter on Black Friday. Bomgaars had the 25 ton Country Pro on sale: free log catcher and $50 store merchandise voucher. The splitter was $799 plus tax, I was going back and forth on that one and the Yardmax. I was a little worried about the Chinese no name motor that was on the Country Pro. I did some online research and found out the motor is actually a fantastic motor, so that sold me. I’ve only split about 6 pickup loads so far but that thing runs great. The voucher showed up this weekend so I decided to pick up another bar and chain for my saw plus a jug of oil. It’s amazing how fast I can spend money when it’s for firewood. Everything else I can usually talk myself out of buying and find a reason not to buy.
Nice! I've been kind of wondering how those will hold up. Last week when I was picking up some feed I was checking out the deals at our Bomgaars and was a bit surprised.
