No pictures today but I did get the driveway cleaned off and paths made to the pole barn/wood shed and to the back of the house.

Huh? Short daylight, long darkness is screwing your system up.

I am well aware of sundowning, I rarely stay awake much past 9:00 PM but normally I am ready when the sun goes down, my FIL was always early to go to bed and rarely got up before daylight wich about 7:15 AM these days. But it is caused by the systems response to the short daylight, long darkness, regular folks have the same response but overlook what their bodies are telling them, thanks in part to artificial light.

I regularly wake up by 3am, and even 2am a couple time per week (like this morning). My alarm is set for 4:30 and only serves as a warning to get off the computer and into the shower. Then I read for about an hour before starting work at 6am (or when really busy, I start work at 5am, but that hasn't happened for the last month). On weekends I'm totally screwed up because I don't have an alarm to get me off the computer, so my shower is later :)

Been busy while on vacation here. Good times though. Getting many things done around the house, barn, and acreage. Doing things we enjoy doing, and took care of a few things I wasn’t looking forward to, but got them done. And glad their done!

Also been taking some down time with family and a couple close friends that we know are not going out and about with the general public. Staying home almost all the time. We have been relaxing, watching movies, playing cards, bullchittin, etc. A good vacation.:)
