Yeah, something ain't right there, the meal plan pics don't match the descriptions.
I can say though that watermelon for breakfast and salad for lunch (and some extra exercise) goes a long ways towards dropping a couple of pants sizes. I had to have a decent meal for supper though. I wasn't trying to disappear, just take up a little less space.

That's great to hear! How long did you brine it? That's about the to most difficult part as too long and it's too salt, and it's not enough flavor of too short of a brine.

Yes, that's typical when there's no or almost no snow on the ground in surrounding states. There's going to be a bit more in northern Wisconsin soon, but another storm hitting the northern half of our state should help. I hear the lakes and swamps are frozen well, so a good storm or 2 might do it.

Vultures, turkeys, turkey vultures, all poop a lot. I think most birds like to poop as they take off. So yeah, that tree is a no parking zone.

Happy Birthday Midwinter. I hope you had a good day. We had turkeys cleaning up some bird seed today. They can eat all the cracked corn that the other birds don't eat.

These were big Tom's. They will not be as close to each other in the spring. Good- sized spurs and beards.

We took the Christmas tree down today as it was loosing a lot of needles . Nice to have the space back and the sunshine not blocked.
