Good day y'all, hope y'all had a Merry Christmas. Sorry I missed this thread yesterday. I did check in a bit, having to work this weekend and the equipment was being a pain.
Glad I have a job though.
It was cold this morning in Dixie

Yes sir, we had the rain Thursday all day. I like the pup bringing a stick to the fire, everybody doing their part...

Good snow-free morning to you all.

I'll be moving splits today for a 3yr nap. Depending on how that goes, I might process some inventory, and split more oak rounds.

I'll be bringing wood up to the deck. That'll probably empty another rack.

    Stay safe
    Stay healthy

Good morning everyone! Well today I am officially an old lady, I hit 65 today! Maybe it's finally time to buy a splitter, ha ha. My grandson isn't quite up to speed yet with the hand splitting, so I can't lean on him.
Yesterday I split some big gnarly boxelder rounds, but lost interest real quick. It was good to get outside though.
Today will be another grandson visit. I cut some maple rounds in half for him to practice on. gYTkqSa.jpg
    Have a great day!

The big plus is Medicare. It started the first of Dec., but I haven't used it yet. I went with a UHC supplemental plan.

Thank you Erik B, I don't know which is better, to outlast my firewood supply, or have my supply outlast me!

Morning All. Supposed to have sun this morning with rain in the afternoon. Too dark out to see what is up yet.
I am enjoying the time to do what ever, when ever I want. It still gets a bit of getting used to it.
    Everyone have a great day.
