You must be in the area on CT that barely gets any snow, based on your snowblower comments. There's a guy on the garden tractor forum I'm on and he's never used a blower attachment on his ariens GT. He's from CT and says they rarely get snow. He's in for a treat. Those Ariens GT 48" two stage blowers are the best there is. He said that his local TV stations are saying 6-18" and none can agree. He's set, that's all I know

Nice. Did it go easy, or was there a lot of swearing?

I'm in central CT which is hit or miss with storms. Most of the worst storms hit the northwest hills (foothills of the Appalachians) 25 miles from me. That little bit of elevation makes a world of difference. The southeastern coastline near the Rhode Island border gets the least, and more rain than the rest of us. It varies quite a bit year to year though. In a typical winter I use my snow blower 6-10 times, the smaller storms with an inch or two I'll just shovel everything. Every few years we'll get slammed with a foot or more. The last really big storm in recent memory was in 2013 when I measured 22" in my backyard. That made for an interesting couple days of digging out.

Still, that's not bad though, way better than chasing electrons through fuel pumps and ECU's. :handshake:

Thanks, I need to clarify, if things go down hill in the first 5 years prognosis is very bad, if not go downhill the first 5 years, prognosis is much much better. And yep, I did not go downhill &still truckin' !!

I bought a ham portion today. It's better than a picnic ham ad not quite a 1/2 ham.

Couldn't wait until the holidays, I "cooked" it and had it this afternoon. Yum!

Sliced up and some in freezer; the rest will be eaten in sammys the next couple days.
