For me and maybe you, the simple pleasures this time of year are the best. The sights and sounds of singing Christmas songs at church all decorated for the season. The smells of fresh bread baking while writing Christmas cards to friends and family. The sounds of happy cats and dogs sleeping by the stove as I sip some warm mulled wine. Some I suppose find all this corny or old fashioned but its the simple pleasures for me. Merry Christmas to everyone!

We are keeping it simple this year. It is too bad retailers and restaurants are suffering losses, but the stress of shopping is not here. We are spending more time sitting and relaxing. Merry Christmas season to all.
And that is probably the only reason the woman in the video had some to eat....they're gas-less beans! Because we all know that women do not fart!
So covid has given us the chance to stop running around like idiots....or at least slow down a bit....and enjoy some of the deeper things. I still have a lotta chores to do, and projects at the homestead to complete....but am spending more time innthkse deeper things...with family, in faith, laughing at the funny pics thread...the like.
