    She is supposed to come home today. We're totally fed up with the hospital. I talked to doctor on phone this morning and he is in agreement she should come home. Now if we can get some cooperation from hospital, I'll have her home before night.

    I hope you were able to get her home. Hospitals don't like to discharge patients even if they aren't doing anything to help said patient out. Got to be very firm with them in my experience.

    So she came home but now no urine flow. Home care nurse did not have a cathater with her (why?) so only way to get it done was call ambulance and take her to emergency. Of course I can't go with her...

    She called me in a panic because the got it in but want to keep her and do lots of tests. Of course, the more they do the more dollars roll in. I was able to get a nurse on phone and she did get the doctor. I told him flat out nothing else was to be done; just send her home. He said he would. We'll see.

    I am surprised what I'm learning about this hospital now and none is good. Even home health care is telling me this hospital is the worst in the state now. That is sad as they used to be very good. Looks like we will have to search out another doctor who is connected with a different hospital as this has been a nightmare.
