I have a small trailer, but sometimes its more fun to do it this way. CSS the last dead standing maple from a low spot that was flooded for 2 years.
It's a 2011 Polaris 550 x2. The small dump bed converts to a passenger seat. Gets a lot of use both on and off the trail.
Those beds are nice. But a ratchet strap on three rear track works too. Yes, the front end was very light. I had to lean over the front end to keep it down. This is a very light weight air-cooled ATV. I doubt had I tried this one the sportsman 500ho that the front end would've gotten light. The sportsman weights like twice and much as the bayou.
Sweet! I'd be at the bone cruncher after hoisting rounds that big, that high! Those Bayou's are solid machine's. A buddy had a 2 wheel peel 220 model that would do incredible wheelies if so inclined How did you ever keep the front end on terra firma!
Mines a 300c 4wd 91 model I weigh 235 lbs or so, just getting off my butt and putting as much weight on the handlebars and getting my torso over the front axles did the trick. Barely. I noticed I didn't even have the v bar chains on the back tires that day. Those are cherry rounds, while some weight, at least they were not Shagbark rounds. It would've flipped over just sitting there if those wer2e hickory. When my buddy and I had to replace a u-joint on the front driveshaft on it, he was trying to crawl under it. So I simply flipped it onto it's back rack like it was doing a 12 o clock wheelie. You should've seen his face. It was one of those "a-ha" moments. . No need to contort yourself that way.
