Ms. buZZsaw stopped having her coffee couple years ago as it gave her a stomach ache. She started having tea. She started having coffee again this year. I never have tea unless i have a cold. Couple years ago i had a cold and never stopped with morning tea before coffee. Two tea bags...one green tea and one mint, sugar no cream.
Coffee is always light and sweet with cream (half & half) never milk.:coffee:

I was going to Mcdonalds on occasion for their .99c any one size until they stopped that. The two convenience stores i use for gas use a certain brand of half and half that has an off taste so i wont buy it there.

It definitely stays hot longer than the glass beaker but not as effectively as an old school thermos. Not very expensive either, here’s a pic. I got it from Amazon.

    Sorry it’s kind of messy.

Naw, that's an image of TurboDiesel drinking just one of his "8 cups a day" . Apparently, using steroids just like creamer? :rofl:

We have a Cuisinart drip coffee maker. I like Ethiopian shade planted coffee. Blond and sweet or black either way. Used to drink a couple pots a day when I was running construction jobs but can only have two cups now. McDonalds coffee is ok, have not tasted Dunkin Donuts, can't stand Starbucks!

Most coffee is grown in the shade.
Arabica coffee plants are sun intolerant.
The only beans I know of grown in the sun is robusta beans and that's rather crappy coffee mostly used as filler in blends to lower the price.
I don't think they've come up with a sun tolerant coffee plant that yields good tasting coffee beans yet.

McDonalds actually buys decent beans. I'm pretty sure their coffee used to have chicory in it years ago. No more. Dunkin Donuts is/was supposed to be a fairly light roasted bean and if you are used to Starbucks dark roast, will taste "weak" in comparison .

To me Dunkin tastes more like weak battery acid. That’s just me of course. I’ve only had Starbucks once it didn’t impress me although I’m sure they have all kinds of different coffee. I could drink McDonald’s all day.

All that being said I certainly don’t know much about all the different kinds of coffee. I just go by how it tastes to me .

Didnt realize how much i "depend" on caffeine. Last week she opened the decaf bag and we used it. "Breakfast blend" tasted great, but we were both dragging the days we had it. After a couple days i was able to get Franch vanilla again at Walmart.
