Those prices look low to us now, but they weren't a bargain then due to wages being paid. Perspective is an equalizer.
There’s one my wife’s hometown 30 minutes from here. Been there several times over the years. They show a double header at 1 price. The only thing different between now and as a kid is the sound is broadcast over a radio station so box for your window.
that makes lot sense , think of miles of underground wiring those places use to have. last time i was at a drive in movie would have been prior to 1975. there are not any left that i remember in the Milwaukee, Waukesha WI county areas.
