I am not going to change my vote (even if I could, didn't check out that possibility). Oldest daughter and two oldest granddaughters were isolated due to school interaction last two weeks. So we had both of our daughters and their families over last Saturday for some belated and early birthdays. Yesterday oldest granddaughter gets sent home for two weeks again, her teacher tested positive (she went to school last Friday!). So we are postponing.
Theres the governor thing again, what are we allowing cause i got something to say and you aint gonna like it, my days here are numbered.
OK, here we are at Thanlsgiving day. Looks like the poll results are just aobut even with a slight lead for observing Thanksgiving as usual. Wait!........... Whats this????????? I just found a shipment of more ballots. Did non-members somehow vote in this process?????
We had to change plans this year. my sister-in-law, her son and his gf has had covid at some point this month with my SIL testing positive about 10 days ago. They all had mild cases of it, more like a head cold with not being able to taste or smell anything. So this year it's just me, the wife and kids having dinner at home. On the plus side I leave for my hunting trip Friday so I'll have plenty of left overs to take with me this year lol. Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!
Our governor said no more than 10 at dinner. Said state cops who don’t enforce it are not cops. There will probably be 20 at our table and one of them is a state cop. Went to the water hole other side of the PennNY line last nite for take out. No drink after 5 . Bunch of customers bought drink chips for after 5 that way none were rung up ! Everyone’s sick of these ignoramouses!
Looks like a fire emitting a large amount of smoke right before the flame comes on. I don't like it... high road is the best road. FHC isn't the place for this stuff IMO. I come here for the firewood lifestyle camaraderie.
Same to you and yours! Wife had to work today so she cooked our big meal for last night. It was fantastic. Today I'll watch some football, eat some leftovers and may throw some more splits in the basement. Happy Turkey day everyone!
