We're kind of heavy on the whole "north woods" décor here. That's not the only saw on the kitchen wall.. lol

I have a lot of my grandpas logging stuff around the house. He worked in the woods around Hayward, WI in the 1920's. He was 86 when I was born.

I think a 2-man saw would look just fine up there!!!

Unless you have a big kitchen and have the room to cut a roast with a 2 man saw, I recommend a shorter and easier to handle version like this... Still plenty of saw, and easy to grip with both hands, perfect for that well done piece of meat... LOL

Sorry for the double post. That's a nice one! We had a similar saw on our wall for years. Don't know where it went off to. Probably a bit light for certain of her elk roasts anyway. I suggested a chainsaw once. The idea was not well received. (In all fairness it was a tough old bull). Still have this one in the TV room though. Has a nice Black tail buck in the middle of the clear cut

Soup or pot pie. Simmer the meat to tenderize it then into a pot pie in the cast iron kettle! After my chainsaw remark I would have to sweet talk her though!
