Have any Wheelhorse tractors, I have an old 704 (I think) in the shed. has not run in over 20 years but it is still in decent shape.
Brought a couple more bucket loads into the basement today to top it back up before the snow tomorrow.
Dad was giving one of his old girls a run cutting hay on Thursday. The old louvre window cab looks great.
I'll be thinking about you this winter while I'm clearing snow driving forward with the heat on while drinking a nice cup of joe.
I've seen a few in this area but don't think there are many. I bought this used from a dealer almost thirty years ago. Very dependable and simple.
Nice job. Great videos on your channel. Check out ours. Looks like your hunny helps you like mine does.
No I don't but they are a well built machine. Cecil Pond would be proud to see how many are still being used. Definitely a keeper !!
Tractors back then were built to last for generations. Many companies used parts from cars and/or full size machinery. This Simplicity is about 1700 lbs with the 60" deck. The Case towed it uphill across the soft yard a couple hundred feet like it wasn't even there. I'd like to see one of the Home Depot mowers with the teeny pin on tires and a tin frame attempt such a feat.
Dad baled hay up the top of the hill on Thursday evening. He did the remainder of the property Friday.
Very close J. Dirt It’s a Fordson power major and yes it’s a diesel. Dad also has a Super that requires restoration, a Farm major and another power major.
